Rate Guide

Our company is called JenRal Photography Services, and we handle all types of commercial and residential photography, 3-D Virtual Tours, 360º Photography, Panoramic Photography, high resolution imagery, and exterior Drone photography (where available).  

**Rate guide -   

Our fees run $0.12 per square foot for properties 1300 SqFt or larger, and a flat rate of $150 for properties under 1300 SqFt  

That would include 

*3D Virtual Tour hosted for 90 days (after 90 days it would cost an extra $30 per month to host) 

*High Resolution Still Photography of the interior and the exterior of the property to include any amenities that are part of the property.

*Exterior aerial Images are available at a flat rate of $50 (providing the FAA gives clearance to fly in the area of the property and weather conditions are favorable) 

*Virtual Staging is also available for both still images and 3D Virtual Tours at an additional cost (Prices vary by property size and staging)

*You will receive a Link to all images for you to download as needed  

*You will receive an MLS ready link for your 3D VR Tour to post on MLS, and any other real estate sales pages.  (The link is also social media friendly) 

My turn around time is 24 hours from when I complete the shoot. 

Payments accepted-

Visa, Mastercard, American Express - All processed via PayPal (3% processing fee will be added)

Venmo, Cash App

Zelle IS NOT accepted at this time
